Age, environmental and weather damage, along with style has worn down the appeal, energy efficiency and safety of this building. Using upgraded insulation, cladding and new doors Finishing Touch Builders added safety, energy efficiency and curb appeal to this otherwise aging and outdated commercial building.

Working closely with the current occupants, the owner, the City of Red Deer, and sub-trades, Finishing Touch Builders Ltd. transformed this aging and weathered building into a more modern, safe and energy efficient building for its prospective lease holders.
To make the transition, Finishing Touch Builders Ltd. remove the aging and falling brick exterior and metal siding. and added new strapping to accommodate R10 insulation. We also added crown to the roof parapet to add more of a architectural curb appeal.
Recognizing the need to bring this outdated building to the new decade, we added new metal siding, new lights, new curved concrete and landscaping. We also added a sign that was installed on a curve edge that has lighting behind it.
For over 40 years and more, this building saw the impact of weather and environmental damage to its exterior. With an updated and more modern look, more energy efficiency and a higher curb appeal this building is ready for new tenants.
