Update the existing exterior shell of the administration building to become more energy efficient while providing a fresh new exterior and comfortable work environment.
Having been around for quite a few years the AWN administration building has endured many years of damage caused by weather patterns. Removing the old siding, and installing new air barriers and additional R30 insulation, and new siding was the start of this renovation. Previously upgrading of the roof included custom solar panels had been completed. The front wall profile was changed to enhance the street view of the building and focus attention to the new AWN sign. The interior of this building also saw an updated look with fresh paint, new trims, and new lighting. The retrofit on the AWN Administration building was completed while normal operations of its staff continued.
With the renovations and updates completed on the AWN Administration Building, it has increased the property value and is more comfortable and energy efficient with a new modern curb appeal enriching the working environment of the staff it employs.
